Hot RIM Bumper

Hot Rim bumper moulding with additional hot rim grilles. Main components assembled to injection moulded skid panel and fabricated brackets in a lead time of 6 weeks.

Requirement was for 30 assemblies.

Free issued cameras, hydraulics, headlights, electrical harness and radar also assembled on site in UK and painted.

Assemblies were used to support pre production build until production tooling became available.
